Airy single room with very comfy beds. Particularly good location in Venice near Saint Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge, La Fenice, and all the main sights.

We were upgraded to a large room with huge bathroom. The venue was set in the very central position adjacent to both Saint Mark's Square and Rialto bridge, Venice for a business trip and the very centre.

It had not so good views.

The location was particularly good, just a pleasant stroll away from a wide canal. The single room was large with a good shower, so that guests had essentials.

The room was spacious with a balcony, the staff were very friendly, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with croissants and fresh coffee.

The single room here had comfortable beds and was nicely set up, in a charming location near Campo San Fantin.

The place was spotless and we loved the double room. Superb breakfast selection - cereal, good options, plus fresh warm local breads - everyone could find their favorite food.the service was good.

The venue is spotless. The staff is customer-oriented and very supportive. Its rooms are a nice size and nicely furnished with a balcony. service. The food is good. The hotel is pristine, with staff members who are always ready to help. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, featuring balconies and even a television that can be screened from the bedroom by sliding doors. Guests can expect excellent service and tasty food during their stay.

I had an airy twin room with a bedroom separated by sliding doors, a lovely terrace, and a sofa. The breakfast was wonderful, offering a wide variety of delicious food. The location was fantastic, close to Campo San Fantin. The service was excellent.

The staff here is super friendly! They serve up an excellent breakfast with coffee machines and delicious croissants. It's in a very convenient spot, making it a great home base for exploring around. The area is surprisingly quiet, giving you a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the city. 🌟

Great location, near attractions, shops, and restaurants. Clean, comfortable rooms with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast had a good variety and the option to dine outdoors. Easy access to water taxis and walking distance to train stations.

The location is chic in terms of atmosphere - the hotel is adjacent to the Opera House of La Fenice, where many famous artists have stayed (as evidenced by their portraits with signatures hanging in the hotel corridors). From the point of view of dragging a suitcase is not the most convenient place, like most hotels on the island of Venice. From the stop of the vaporetto you still have to walk 10 minutes, go through two bridges. The maitre in the tail is very polite, kind and open. He gives you a map and marks anything you want to see on it. Breakfast is not bad (no eggs, vegetables or anything like that), but it's quite possible to eat (baked good). There are many cafes and bars nearby. The room is quite large, not new, but neat. Big bathroom, all clean. It's warm. The windows of our room overlooked the channel, in the morning gondolas swam through it with musicians playing guitar and accordion and singing sentimental serenades. Anyway, it was Venice)

Only a towel hook in the bathroom wasn't enough to complete happiness))).
