Airy single room with very comfy beds. Particularly good location in Venice near Saint Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge, La Fenice, and all the main sights.

the service was outstanding, we had a gorgeous breakfast with cereal and fresh warm local breads, as example.

The venue is spotless. The staff is customer-oriented and very supportive. Its rooms are a nice size and nicely furnished with a balcony. service. The food is good. The hotel is pristine, with staff members who are always ready to help. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, featuring balconies and even a television that can be screened from the bedroom by sliding doors. Guests can expect excellent service and tasty food during their stay.

The staff here is super friendly! They serve up an excellent breakfast with coffee machines and delicious croissants. It's in a very convenient spot, making it a great home base for exploring around. The area is surprisingly quiet, giving you a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the city. 🌟

Fairly clean cool accommodation with outstandingly accommodating staff and fantastic location to most sightseeing areas. Booked a great-sized and unique room with sofa and 3 windows, as for instance. Location close to nearby theater and many cafes and so-on and a whole maze of shops👌

I loved my stay at Hotel La Fenice! The room was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the courtyard. The breakfasts were delicious with plenty of options. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Francisco at the front desk who assisted us with retrieving our luggage and dealing with a medical emergency. The location was convenient and we enjoyed the discount at the restaurant below. I highly recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located near major attractions, clean and cozy room, helpful staff, charming old-world ambiance, functioning bathroom and air conditioning. Friendly and attentive staff with good restaurant suggestions. Many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Useful slow elevator. Delicious croissants and cured ham served in the courtyard. Free WiFi and tastefully decorated rooms.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with all the main attractions just a short walk away. We were able to easily explore the city and visit places like St. Marks and the opera house. Additionally, the staff were helpful and assisted us in getting a water taxi to the port. We also enjoyed the variety of artwork displayed throughout the hotel.

The wifi in the room was not functioning properly, but it worked fine in the hotel lounge.

The hotel had a great location, just around the corner from the opera, minutes from St Mark's Square, and near lots of restaurants. It felt like we were worlds away from the crazy overcrowded parts of the city, but still close enough to walk to and conveniently located to a vaparetto stop. The breakfast provided was very nice and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Venice for 5 nights. The location was excellent, with easy access to popular sites like St. Mark's Basilica and the La Fenice Theater. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a TV. The daily room service was a nice touch, and the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of meats, cheeses, breads. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and available 24/7. I especially loved the private rooftop terrace with a view of the stunning Venice rooftops.

I can confidently recommend this hotel.

The hotel had two nice complementary treats that we enjoyed during our stay. The hotel is located in a great location which made it easy to get around. There was also a lovely advantage of having a rooftop terrace.

Our xmas stay wasn't perfect. The breakfast selection was limited and disappointing.

The location of the hotel was ideal, nestled in the art district and close to San Marco's plaza and shopping. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay.
